New Student Registration 24-25 School Year

To register you will need the following documents ready to upload:


Certified Birth Certificate (not mother's copy)
Social Security Card
TN Immunization Certificate and Proof of Physical
Custody or Guardianship paperwork - if needed
Last Report card (1st – 4th grade only)
2 Proofs of Residency

Enrollment Documentation 

    Acceptable Proofs of Residency

  • Most recent MLG&W bill (no cut-off notices or Bartlett water bills)
  • Current mortgage statement or deed of the homeowner
  • Lease of the lessee of the home
  • Rental agreement of the renter of the home
  • Current real-estate property receipt of the homeowner
  • Current public assistance/government benefits check, card, or papers

If the proofs are not in the parent's name, you would be considered a Shared Resident. 

Shared Residency

Any new shared residency must schedule an appointment with Student Services before completing the on-line registration.  Appointments  may be scheduled by contacting Student Services 

at 202-0855 Option 1.
